Our Daily Schedule
What is your daily schedule?
We pick you up on your schedule 24/7. Our professional drivers are normally 5-10 minutes early at your home, or right on time at the airport. You get to pick the time we pick you up. Normally 30 minutes after you land is enough time to get your bags and find Prearranged.
What is my pickup time at the airport?
We normally pick you up 30 minutes after your plane lands for domestic flights, or 45 minutes after for international flights. If you don't have bags, you can schedule your pickup time for 15 minutes after you land or 30 minutes for international flights with no bags.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Pickup times automatically adjust to 30 minutes after you land if your flight is delayed for domestic flights, or 45 minutes after you land for international flights. Please let us know as soon as possible if your flight number changes. You can always text us if there is a delay. This is helpful since airlines don't always update things online when they are late.
What happens if my flight arrives early?
You can always call or send us a text if you want us to pick you up early, and we will let your driver know that you are ready to be picked up. Otherwise, we will pick you up at the scheduled time on your reservation. You can always grab a coffee or something to eat. If it's hot outside, please wait inside the terminal closest to prearranged until your driver is a minute or so away.
How soon should I make a reservation?
Although there is no set rule that prevents you from booking last minute, it's a good idea to make your reservation as soon as possible to make sure a driver is available and prevent any delays with picking you up. If it's last minute it may take 30-45 minutes to get a driver to you. If you book ahead of time there is no wait. There's no need to confirm again if you've already made a reservation and received a confirmation email from us.
How long does it take to go from Phoenix or Tucson Arizona?
Trips to and from Tucson AZ and Tucson International Airport in normal traffic are about an hour and forty minutes versus about three and a half hours on the bus or a shuttle with a bunch of people. Rush hour will normally add 15-45 minutes (30 minutes on the average). You might think there's no way a bus or another shared ride shuttle company would take that long, but they typically stop and wait for other people, and make 3-5 stops to pick people up and drop other people off. They also don't leave on your schedule, so you might have to wait from 30 minutes to an hour and a half to leave if the bus is running late. With us it's just you going straight to the airport, normally non-stop in a nicer vehicle.
What time should I be picked up?
3 hours and 30 minutes before is normally enough time. The PHX airport recommends you to be there 2 hours early to get through security and to get to your plane. Boarding usually starts 30 minutes before your plane takes off. However, one hour and thirty minutes is ok. So if the drive from Tucson to PHX takes about 2 hours, then 3 and a half hours before your flight takes off if normally good. You start running the risk that they will give your seat away about 40 minutes before your flight is supposed to take off. Sometimes a little extra time is good just to make your trip stress free and adjust for the unexpected.
Our Better Drivers
Who are your drivers?
Most of our drivers have been driving professionally with the public for more than 10 years. They have excellent people skills and are usually very knowledgeable about the area (what to do, best restaurants, history and attractions). Some of our drivers are also professional tour guides that go to the Grand Canyon and many other destinations like Tombstone near Tucson, Sedona Hiking, etc.
We have high standards for our drivers including safety, reliability and customer service. Drivers are very helpful with bags. They get the door for you. All drivers go through extensive background checks with the airport in order to pick up passengers. These background checks include fingerprints and are reviewed by actual law enforcement.
We also train our drivers by driving them through the airport, explaining all the rules, and showing them where to pick people up and drop people off. They are trained to be helpful with bags, get the door for you, and exchange in pleasant conversation depending on your preferences.

Things You Should Know
Does it make sense to take an Uber or Lyft?
Uber and Lyft drivers often cancel once they arrive at your house, because the app doesn't tell them where they are going until they arrive at your home. Usually drivers don't want to drive that far and not get paid for two hours to drive back, or they are unavailable to work for that long. This may result in you missing your flight after 2-3 of them cancel in a row, and they charge you $5 for each cancellation. You then try to contact Uber or Lyft over the next week to get a refund, and they don't even have a phone number.
Another thing to consider is that Uber and Lyft drivers are never interviewed, so you may get a depressed guy complaining about his life, a tiny car with no leg room or a creeper. Uber and Lyft also do not train their drivers and the airport is moderately confusing to most people, so they usually have no idea where to go.
How reliable is the Greyhound bus or an Arizona shuttle with a lot of people?
Companies that do shared rides to Tucson will try to pick you up an hour or two earlier, but they make no promises about when you will actually get to the airport. If you're on a tight schedule, the shared ride option with Arizona shuttle or the Tucson Greyhound is probably not a good idea. Extra stops and scheduling with other passengers can either make you too early or potentially late. Even with great drivers, passengers can be unpredictable and end up making everyone miss their flight.
